I love the challenge the real estate industry provides – never are two transactions the same. Sometimes the solution to a problem can be quite simple and other times it takes thinking out of the box and “banging heads” to get to the closing table.
Luxury properties have been the focus of my business over the many years I have worked in the industry. Having lived and currently work in a Country Club development has offered an opportunity for me to work with the affluent while gaining respect and reputation in my field. Regardless of the income or size of home, this is a people business, dealing with people’s lives and usually one of the biggest assets they will ever acquire.

A career in property management and real estate services seemed the perfect segue for me having served for 30 years in the exclusive private club industry. I first learned the finer elements of service working in the restaurant business during college. Two years later I was managing a private city club in St. Petersburg, Florida and opening new properties for Club Operations and Property Management, a Tallahassee based management company.
In 1988, the Company offered me an exciting opportunity to manage Epping Forest Yacht Club, converted from the historic duPont mansion in Jacksonville, Florida. I served as Director of Special Events until 1995 when I was promoted to General Manager. Alfred duPont had set a stage for excellence in the 1930s and my staff and I were committed to the mission of building on that foundation. Developing an exclusive yacht club’s fine dining, yachting and fitness services was an immensely rewarding experience and I now apply the service skills I learned in my role as Executive Director.
When I was introduced to John and Tami Glover in 2016, I knew I had met an exceptional couple with an extraordinary company. I have a unique professional background that includes; being a licensed Florida Real Estate agent, Property Management Coordinator, being a financial advisor in corporate finance, owning a Landscape Design Firm and Floral Design Business in Raleigh, NC, and I have a certification in Home Staging. My love for entrepreneurial endeavors has brought me so much joy since I am able to assist others with realizing their dreams. These varied careers enable me to work with clientele in the best manner possible – Allowing me to understand their unique wants, needs, objectives that leads us to a satisfying working relationship.
My attention to detail, quick response time, heightened customer service skills, organizational panache and easy demeanor are just a few of the qualities that past customers have used to describe my professional aptitude.
Originally from Worcester, Massachusetts, I have had the pleasure of living up and down the East coast of America – From Maine to Massachusetts to North Carolina to Florida – with a little bit of Mid-West (Wisconsin) thrown in there for good measure. Currently, I live in Atlantic Beach with my fabulous husband, Hall (13 years of bliss!), and our two fun-loving dogs, Molly (yellow lab) and Bella (white husky). Plus, I am blessed to live close to my family in Ponte Vedra Beach and St. Augustine Beach. We enjoy our beach town and we are huge advocates of the simple lifestyle a beach community provides.
